Highly recommending Dr. Volchonok and his Team at TetraHealth Dentistry, I had 3 extractions yesterday and I must share that received the most professional, attentive and caring experience imaginable. I truly feel I have made the best choice with Dr. Volchonok and that I am on my way to a clean to healthy future in choosing to remove my old root canals and metal implants.

I had extensive dental surgery and I'm extremely pleased with the care and attention I received from Dr. Volchonok and his staff. They were professional, courteous and exceptionally supportive, understanding that I was concerned and quite anxious. They answered all my questions and at no point did I feel rushed. This practice was everything I was looking for in a holistic and biologic dentist! I was told a week ago that I needed a root canal on a back molar. I shopped around and this was the only practice I found that was somewhat near me that did PRF, laser, and ozone therapy with their extractions. The red light treatment post-op was so relaxing. The staff are so nice and caring. Dr Alex Volchonok explained everything very clearly to me about what needed to happen after looking at my CBCT scan, and no way would a root canal have solved this infection that went into my sinus cavity. I feel little to no pain 8hrs post-op. I'm coming back, and I would travel a lot further to come here if it was further away. I feel so lucky that the office is relatively near me, and the 5th ave location makes for a wonderful walk through the park!

This was my first virtual appointment with Dr. Volchonok following some testing that was done in his office. Dr. V was very thorough and clearly explained the results along with suggested next steps. I truly believe that I’m in good hands with Dr. Volchonok and his team.

I've been seeing Dr. Volchonok as my perio for five years, and Dr V. and his staff are exceptional. (As is Dr. Michelle, whom I also see on occasion!) He and his staff are patient, caring, and conscientious. Always up on the latest treatments. Beautiful office by Central Park. Highly recommend.

I cannot thank Dr. Michele Volchonok enough for her exceptional care. When I experienced a sudden dental emergency, she graciously fit me in last minute and performed a challenging filling on a tooth that was causing me a lot of discomfort. Not only did she ensure that the filling was strong, functional, and durable, but she also took extra care to make sure it looked and felt natural and aesthetically pleasing. Her attention to detail and dedication truly went above and beyond my expectations, giving me confidence that my smile is in excellent hands. The entire team was wonderful. Lulu, the dental assistant, made me feel so welcomed and comfortable from start to finish — her warm and caring manner really eased my nerves. Ylenis, the dental hygienist, was truly fantastic at placing the local anesthesia, demonstrating such a gentle and reassuring touch, which made a usually scary experience much calmer for me. I am so incredibly grateful that I found Dr. Alex Volchonok and his entire practice. Switching to biologic dentistry has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my overall health! From the moment you walk in, you feel the difference. The entire team, including Dr. Michelle and my amazing hygienist Ylenis,, are not only knowledgeable but truly care about you as a whole person, not just your teeth.☺️ I love their philosophy. Dr. Alex is a very gifted surgeon. He grafted my entire upper set of teeth. They are healing up nicely. He was responsive to texts during recovery and the follow up virtual visit confirmed that we are on track for a successful recovery. Staff is polite, knowledgeable, helpful and caring.
